The 1997 Mazda Miata is a two-seat convertible roadster that is as economical as it is fun to drive, achieving an estimated 29 mpg on the highway and 23 mpg in the city. Introduced in 1989, when the manufacture of small sporty roadsters had slowed to a trickle, the Miata remains one of the world's best selling convertibles to this day.
Exterior
Exterior specifications include impact-absorbing front and rear bumpers that are the same color of the body of the vehicle. The engine produces 133 horsepower at 6,500 rpm.The fuel tank holds 13 gallons of regular unleaded fuel. The vehicle's front and rear suspensions are wishbone-shaped with a stabilizer bar that is independent with coil springs. Two ventilated discs are included with the four disc brakes.
